Panini’s & Focaccia’s here are somewhat skimpy. If hungry and in need of a quick bite stop by but if you’re looking for that special Florence sandwich forget it. Seating in back is basic and can fill up quickly due to tourist activity outside. Eat fast and move quickly…

(4÷5÷2014) Convenient location on v. Por S. Maria if you’re walking down to the Ponte Vecchio with the crush of tourists spilling out of the Uffizi. It’s one of the few quick places for hot food to-go or eat in(quasi self-serve). The pizza is OK, no great. Crust is puffy, bready, light, not much chew, crisped on bottom, like a pan pizza. Toppings are varied, many vegetarian options. Focaccia split with ham and cheese was pretty good and very portable. Prices seemed pretty reasonable for tourist area. Bonus, take your tray to the quiet, shady back patio for a nice break from the rat race.
