We had a tasting dinner with Fudiblog at this restaurant that has only a few places to sit and it’s very intimate and cosy. Our meal was based on mozzarella cheese and so the entrée was a tarte with caprese(toasted bread, tomato slice, mozzarella piece and basil with olive oil and salt), then an egglpant and tomato carpaccio with iced mozzarella whey, an outstanding octopus wholewheat flour homemade ravioli and a pumpink dessert with peanut brittle. Each course accompanied with a different wine. The overall meal was very pleasant, the ravioli made the 5 stars. I had the chance to sneak a peak of the menu and it looks like they sure have a taste for specific ingredients that are 100% pure luxuries of Tuscany and Italy. Doesn’t surprise me everything tastes this good then. I will go back to taste something from the menu, I got too curious!

The outside eating area was full but for one small table for 2… I’m so glad! This was one of the best meals I’ve had in Italy so far. The appetiser(gratis) was a pleasant surprise. Tomato and mussels/clams in a little thick preparation. Then a shared meal. The beaded scallops with gibbet and line yoghurt side and late the ink squid pasta… superb ! no dessert tonight but I’d go back for fir for sure!
