Very nice setting, just far enough from the piazzas to make it pleasurable. My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner and shared a very simple plate of orecchiette with tomato sauce and added grilled vegetables. The pasta was done perfectly but the sauce was just ok. There is nothing wrong with it, I just prefer mine a little sweeter. The grilled vegetables were spectacular as was the rustic bread! We each had an Aperol Spritz and left very content. We walked past this place several times over our three days in Florence and it does get quite busy later. We sat down at 6 and there were only a few tables being used. We left at 7 and a few people started strolling in, but by 8pm, it will be full, so plan accordingly. Great place to sit and relax for afternoon snack and spritz or dinner. Check it out!

Now this review is not even based on the food… I wish it was(maybe they could’ve got a half a star more) but unfortunately I couldn’t even get seated to taste the food. We came to Italy as tourists, and although we had a bucket-full of wonderful restaurants to choose from, unfortunately on a Saturday Night everything was packed and booked(silly me for not making reservations to them beforehand). We stumbled upon Moye — which we saw was pretty empty(let’s just say give or take 4⁄25 tables were taken). We walk up to the restaurant and we saw a «well» dressed man bustling around the outside tables without making any eye contact with us and then going back inside the restaurant. So we decided to go in and right at the entrance was a cash register and a guy counting money. After 10 minutes of still no eye contact from the guy at the register, the well dressed — I presume hostess, or the female waitress who walked up to the register to talk to the man who was counting money I was starting to get a weeeee bit irritated. Another 5 minutes and I just thought this was getting ridiculous, no one even looked at me and my friends, or gave us any type of attention. A simple«please give us 10 min. to get you a table» or even a goddamn HELLO, CIAO, Buonasera would’ve been great. But we were simply ignored. It would’ve made sense if they were crazy packed, but they was literally like 10 people tops. — actually it wouldn’t have made sense even if it was crazy packed because a respectable restaurant would even take notice to their customers. I honestly don’t care that we passed on this restaurant because it didn’t have great reviews to begin with. But please Moye, get your act together and give your customers some respect.

The worst food i had in Italy by a ways. This was recommended by a host, but needless to say I did not follow any other advice that was given after visiting this place. The food was bad but the service was abysmal. They brought out two courses after a long but okay wait, then waited over 45 minutes to bring the next two courses, then the bottle of wine we ordered when we arrived and the complimentary bread about 5 minutes later. The waitress was nowhere to be found all night-which really justifies the cover charge. The food: wine was fine(Nero ditroia puglia). We got a flan with cheese curds dish that tasted like an okay polenta. The other dishes(including the house cheese that another reviewer raved about were just bad. The cheese had no flavor. The bread was burnt, etc. I looked over to another table and saw pasta with iceberg lettuce and cherry tomato for toppings. At least that made me feel better about our itemchoices. Don’t waste your time or money-there are much better food choices available to you… like anywhere else.

Ho pranzato presso questo ristorante, 19÷01÷15. Il locale è molto carino e moderno, lo staff molto cordiale, i prezzi nella media. Per quanto riguarda la qualità dei primi, orttima.

Eck! Came here for a glass of wine and ordered a platter of cheese. The cheese board was disgusting! I couldn’t believe they named their platter of cheese after their slogan for Apulian cheeses. The cheeses were discolored. It definitely wasn’t freshly cut. From the look if the arugula sitting underneath the chewy mozzarella, it was all wilted and dried. Assuming all this was pre-made a few days ago and they took it out of their fridge as people order it? And to top it all off, there was a spider crawling in my bag of bread!

It’s weird because this place looked like one of those little farm to table café’s you’d see in America. But the menu definitely didn’t have American items. True Italian farm to table. Although, I would hope a lot of the places in Italy are, you just never know. Everything I had was amazing. My hubby picked the Three friselle to start with. I will describe it in my best American way, it was four baked bagel-shaped bread with cherry tomatoes, oregano, extra virgin olive oil on top, then stracciatella cheese in a bowl. Listen, I have never had stracciatella cheese, which was basically stringy mozzarella, but it was the best thing EVER. It was a big bowl, and I probably at most of it(sorry hubby). The Sedanini cold salad(basil, ricotta marzotica, a savory dry local variety of ricotta cheese — pecorino and cherry tomatoes) was incredible as well. If you can imagine me kissing my fingers in a very Italian«Eccellente!» way, I would be! Plus, the Compari Soda I ordered came in the cutest little mixing jug to pour into the soda. This is the most non-assuming place ever, but you really must stop in!

Nice cozy café near River side. We had tea break here around 3:00 pm, Sunday. Staffs were friendly and kind. Away from busy touristic area.

Ambiente agradável, garçonetes muito atenciosas, que deram opções que não estavam no cardápio. Opção interessante para quem quer uma refeição rápida e saborosa!

Nice to see a Southern Italian restaurant represent in the heart of «pure» Italia. This beautiful Pugliese locale features authentic dishes deep from the heart of the heel. Had a fantastic appetizer of purees: funghi porcini; pomodori secchi; carcofi con olio di olvia. Each was distinctive and refreshing. As my main, I had a delicious garganelli pasta with pesto, cooked wonderfully al dente. The only downside was that it was a touch salty. Service was attentive without being intrusive.

We have passed by this restaurant several times and always said«this place looks good, we should try it.» So we finally did. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent. They have a special summer menu which includes snacks, salads, focaccia, tarts, mozzas, carpaccios, fresh pasta, wire drawn pasta, soups, dishes from the oven, meat, traditional second course, fruit, and homemade desserts. We got the spaghetti with garlic, oil and crumbled tarallo. It has a slight heat to it. The pumpkin au gratin which was excellent however the cheese overpowered the pumpkin. And the Le Bombette pugliesi which is very tasty stuffed meat rolls served with season vegetables and potatos. You can order this with 4, 8, or 12 pieces. Each came with a different stuffing so you don’t get tired eating the same thing(even though these taste so good you can’t get tired of them). The food came quick, the service was good, and the place filled up shortly after we got there at 9:00. They have outdoor seating which, with the way the buildings and the sidewalk sit, offers a pleasant outdoor seating not on the road like most places around the center. The atmosphere is pleasant and they have soft Pop music playing. The attire is anywhere from nicer casual to dress. The price is very reasonable. Check it out for yourself. You will enjoy it.
