This place is great for students! The staff is always so friendly and the food has been incredible each time I have gone! Though, if you are in a hurry, try somewhere else. But if you have time to enjoy some inexpensive wine, food, and company, I would highly recommend this place. Clean, nice, and reasonable prices!

We are staying in the area and just dropped in. The seafood risotto was excellent the veal scallopini was also good. The prices were reasonable. I would eat there again… They should fix their neon sign it would improve their appearance
A quick update. We have been back a few times. I do like the place however not everything is up to my standards so I dropped the original rating from four stars to three. We did get salads one night for a main course (one was a Caesar the other was a salad was with tuna and anchovies). They seemed to be tasteless… Still a nice place and a good value.

Awful service the only thing I liked was the chianti and the place was clean. Servers were unresponsive. We needed to find a place fast cause we’re were starving. All the antipasto entrees and salads came out at once and then we had to wait for a pasta dish which took forever. The place seemed clean. It was a typical tourist trap restaurant and were were hooked. Wish we didn’t come here and waste our time with this sorry excuse of an Italian restaurant.

This place is terrific. We were staying nearby (in a fabulous apartment) and ducked in during a rain. Excellent pasta. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. All good.

I would pass on this restaurant. The seafood pasta was so so hard. In Italy I wasn’t expecting such horrid pasta. I had better pasta in freaking Egypt! !! Horrid service too.

Well maybe there are better places but the pasta was pretty damn good (under $ 9 euros). Also the $ 12 Chianti was pretty damn good. Service was pleasant and not pushy. Pizza could have been better (under 8 euros). Free wifi and clean bathrooms.

We went to this place after a full day of touring because it was close to our hotel. Worst meal we had in over 2 weeks in Italy. The lasagna was burned and barely edible, part of the order was never provided and the service was generally poor and inattentive. There are many good restaurants at all price levels in Firenze and this is not one of them. If you’re interested in a satisfying dining experience It should be avoided.
