Great small pizza joint with low prices! We shared the small(but very ample) Margherita DOP and the Pinseque pizzas, both for less than 10 euros each! Purists may cry when not seeing a brick oven, but we really couldn’t tell the difference. The slices were thin and the sauce on the Margherita was light, slightly sweet, and very tasty. On the Pinseque, which was a white pizza, the ham and sausage were also extremely good. We had no problems putting down both pizzas(sans some leftover crust) and wish there was something as good and we’ll priced back at home. Location wise, it’s a little bit out of the city center but still easily walking distance from the uffizi area. Add to the fact that they take credit card and have a friendly waitress, and this puts it above many of the pizza spots in the city.

The pizza is simply amazing and the Nutella Dolce was so good! Great value in a city with so many expensive restaurants. The perfect spot to eat after visiting the Piazzale Michelangelo. Lovely staff!

We were looking for a low key dinner in the neighborhood and certainly found the best pizza we had while on our two week trip to Italy! Hostess was kind and engaging and made us feel relaxed. We had to wait for an outside table and she suggested having a cocktail across the street. Once the table became available she called us over! The pizza was thin crusted, crispy and perfectly cooked. Toppings varied but we had spicy sausage and a veggie topped pizza, both were delicious. The sausage left a sharp tang in our mouths, while the veggies were fresh and tasty. The sauce was excellent — not sweet –and cheese was the right amount, not overdone. Glad to have found this gem, but a word to the wise… get there early enough because they close once they«run out of dough.»

We were in search of the best pizza in Florence, and based on reviews we made this our first stop. While we didn’t sample enough pizza to know for sure that this was the best, it was certainly a memorably delicious meal and we will be back next time we’re in town! The pizza was great– thin crust, crispy edges, perfect amount of sauce and cheese, lots of topping choices. We opted for the margherita and the calabrese, and would recommend them both highly! The owner was incredibly friendly as well. We arrived about 5 minutes after opening and were lucky to snag the last outdoor table. Reservations might be a good idea if you’re not planning on eating early. Overall, a wonderful little restaurant on a quiet square with awesome pizza. Check it out!

During my short visit stay in Florence I stopped in for a bite. Tables were available but I needed a reservation. I asked to take out. I wasn’t allowed to. I then tried making reservations online for the following day I succeeded but the next morning I was removed and lost my spot. Terrible customer service. Non-friendly environment. Disappointed

After leaving the madness of seeing the David statue we needed a breater from the crowds so we headed here. By now now we’ve had a ton of pizza and its just a thing to eat now. This place rejuvenated our taste for great pizza. The crust is thin yet crispy. The sauce is subtle and flavorful. Do yourself a favor and get thewhite tiger pizza. This thing has won awards and will blow your mind! Break away from the touristy area stop here for an amazing meal on your way to San Miniato.

This cozy little pizza place is the perfect stop as you come down the steps from The Michelangelo Piazzale, Florence. Freshest of ingredients, a perfect crust and the sweetest of husband and wife owners. Great value. The regular was large enough for my husband and I; we also had the house chianti and a beer. Total bill € 18. Wow! Recommend highly.(Across this place is a terrific gelato place).

What a hidden gem!!! Don’t fall for the tourist trap and eat across the street. This is your quintessential hole in the wall. Décor and cutlery is lacking. But the food is great. Staff super friendly, and service is prompt. On our walk up to an amazing view of Florence we came across this spot. We ordered the Pizza marinara e prosciutto Crudo(the real stuff not Oscar Mayer® lunch meat ham) and the plate of the day, Lasagna. This isn’t Garfield’s lasagna, it’s better. Three sheets of pasta, two layers of a meaty bolognese and a thick layer of bechamel hot out of the oven. Find this restaurant. Eat here. Enjoy! For a pizza, lasagna, class of wine and a beer, we got out for € 24. Not bad at all. IG — Foodformybelly

Best Pizza ever!!! This pizzeria is located in my favorite district of florence, San Niccolò. Here you can find several bars and places with nice views, for example from piazza michelangelo and it’s also near to the river, very romantic at sunset. From outside the pizzeria is pretty inconspicuous, but when you enter you’ll find a very personal and familiar atmosfere, which invited us to stay there and have our pizza there. You feel right home when entering, because the two charming boys make you feel friends immediatly. Because of this and the really good pizza, we returned several times and made it our place to meet. The prices are more than fair and the pizza have a constant fresh quality. you can also have a look to the kitchen and see how they make your pizza, so you can also see that everything is clean. At the walls there are several pictures from guests expressing their love for that pizzeria and you feel the wish to make one, too. It’s nice to see something of yourself on the wall everytime you return. we went there also, to see some football games together. You can also fell the colombian influence from the two guys there, because they offer little snacks from colombia and sometimes you can hear latin music there. We just loved this place and will return.
