Fantastic! Excellent quality, fresh ingredients, clean and traditional recipes. The food was wonderful, the space is very pleasant with simple furniture and eclectic décor. We were treated very well, even as foreigners in a place filled with locals. I have spent months as a visitor in Florence, and of the many meals I have eaten out as a tourist or student, those eaten here were my absolute favorites. Delicious, excellent price, honest and traditional.

This place was my favorite meal in all of Florence. It was a random find for us as we were in the neighbourhood after exploring Piazzle Michelangiolo.
They had a set lunch menu where you choose your first and second meal, choice of wine and choice of water, all for 10 €! It was a super filling, super satisfying, and super authentic meal. Most patrons in the restaurant are locals who stop for their midday meal.
We tried the crostini, the rustic pasta, the tripe in tomato sauce and scalloped pork chop and peas. All were very delicious. I would definitely return to this place is I ever return to Firenze.
