I usually avoid this bar because I know how lousy they can be but their location makes them very convenient. I popped in for a quick coffee this morning, and asked for it cold since its 35degrees out. It took them 5 minutes to find ice and make the espresso (an eternity in coffee bar time). So my fancy coffee was literally a shot of espresso and a spoonful of sugar shaken over ice cubes. Not brain surgery. When I asked if the coffee was going to arrive (because the people who arrived after me were all being served first) they said it takes longer for mine. Excuse me? Then they shared nasty glances with their regular customers. Customer service at its best, right? Now ask me how much I was charged… 3euros. For a coffee that should have cost 1. Never go here.
