BUYER BEWARE! We went to Adam’s Leather Shop in Italy and found some very nice quality products. Adam was personable and helpful. There was only one of the style of jacket in the store that both my friend and I wanted to purchase in the size we needed. Someone else was already purchasing it. Adam said he would send the jackets to us. (BIG MISTAKE!!) He assured us it would be of the same quality and that there would be no additional postage fees!) WRONG!!! I received a box with the jacket I ordered as well as the jacket my husband purchased and some other items. First of all, I had to pay over 30 $ in tax/​postage fees to even get the package from the post office! My husband’s jacket that we purchased from the store which was the exact same one that he had picked out was great! The one they had made up for me, was of very poor quality! The leather was like pieces of scrap leather. The jacket looked like a patchwork of different shades of leather and some pieces had strange spots. I was incredibly disappointed! It was not even close to the quality of the one that I had tried on in the store. The one sent to my friend had similar issues but especially in the sizing! I contacted Adam several times and sent photos of the jacket. His response was that of someone who felt insulted that I would criticize his product (he never addressed the photos that I sent). He was very defensive but eventually said that I could send it back and he would replace the jacket or refund me the money that I paid. I paid the postage to mail it back (More investment in a poor quality product!), The package was returned to me unopened as they refused it. Finally when I got in touch with Adam to inquire they said they didn’t want to pay the additional tax/​postage fee to receive the package (THE FEE THAT I HAD TO PAY ON THE FIRST PACKAGE SENT TO ME THAT I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT). He said to send it back to him a different way. At that point I WAS NOT going to invest any more money to reship the package with no guarantee that I would get any of my money back! LESSON LEARNED… NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE OF SOMETHING TO HAVE SHIPPED TO YOU FROM ADAM’S LEATHER STORE THAT YOU HAVE NOT SEEN AND TRIED ON THE EXACT ITEM!!!

We have just returned from an 11 day tour of Italy. while IN Florence, we also stumbled upon Adams leather, the salesperson was not pushy, helpful. We also waited 2 days before going back and making a leather jacket purchase for our 22 y/​o daughter as a vacation gift! A beautiful soft leather jacket! If ever in Florence, visit Adam’s leather shop — Thank you Adam!

My wife and I traveled to Florence for 5-​days and one of our main objectives was to find a high quality leather jacket as our «Vacation Gift!!» We stumbled across Adams Leather Factory and absolutely fell in love with the quality of his work but more importantly his willingness to help and expert eye for what fit our body types the best. Because it was our first day in the city we were not ready to settle and purchase something on impulse. Therefore, we decided to shop around for 2 days and see what else was out there. Needless to say there are a ton of leather factories in the city; however, none of which compared to Adams work. My wife and I went back after trying on numerous other jackets from around Florence, and we purchased two beautiful jackets from Adam.
Jacket Quality– Amazing. Very soft, genuine leather, smells like true leather
Adam– True artist and amazing with his clients. Most shops will be very aggressive and come across as salesmen. Adam shows you what fits best, answers your questions and then let’s you think on it. Perfect customer service.
Price– You are getting what you pay for.

On our visit to Florence we stumbled upon Adams leather… And are we glad we did!
Adam is so gracious and his leather goods are Top Quality. My wife and I purchased 2 bags, 2 belts, 1wallet (the best I have ever had) and 2 coats. My coat in a beautiful dark brown lamb skin which not only looked great but Kept me warm thru the rest of my tour. Florence is famous for there leather goods. And Adams leather is a must to shop at AAAAAA+++++++++
