We went on a tour and stopped here for a group lunch. We were taught about different types of ham and most of them came from Parma, Italy. We shared some delicious wines and connected with a few new people. The restuarant had a large cellar area where he served us and took us to a room where many of the meats were hanging from the walls. It was a pretty impressive place. They had a gorgeous area to sit outside and this is where they served us some desert and amazing coffee. The service was friendly. However, nothing is fast in Italy. Personally I’m glad, but it can make some tourists irritated if they are on a tight schedule. I can’t emphasize enough that people need to make time for their sit down meals. Otherwise stop at a local bar, grab a pizza, and go. This is NOT that kind of a place. Sit back, enjoy the views, and soak in the experience.
