Above par service in a quaint little trattoria in Tuscan wine country. It was described as «a home-cooked meal» and it definitely lived up to the description. Upon arrival a quirky and fun-loving waitress cleared a table and served us immediately. At 2100 hrs, the place was packed with three large parties of 10 or more with three additional small tables seated. We had water, pastas, bruschetta and tea. Everything was delicious! I recommend the«lard» bruschetta, which looked like sliced turkey meat on bread but delivered a very different flavor, one that tasted very good with tomatoes and salt. I also loved the 3-cream cheese pasta. All served promptly and the staff spoke great english. I highly recommend this off-the-beaten path Trattoria. Thank you Francesco!
