This restaurant is a must to complete your Tuscan adventure. we ate here because it was part of the property of our agriturismo, so we lucked out that it was so close. Having said that, I would still make the drive to eat here. It was fantastic. Make sure to arrive a little before sundown so that you can enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the sun slip down behind the Tuscan hillside. Breathtaking. Some of the waitstaff come across a bit cold and unfriendly, but that doesn’t deflect from the outstanding array of menu items. My husband and I would share an appetizer, pasta dish then a grilled meat and dessert, so as to get a nice selection each night. Looking back on our three week trip to Paris, Tuscany and Rome, this was thee best restaurant we dined at. I’m a great cook myself, big foodies, so this place was an absolute treat to have experienced. I believe they are closed on Sunday’s, but be sure to check, just in case. The agriturismo that we stayed at, Fattoria Lavacchio is wonderful too. A wonderful vacation for sure.
