Torre degli Asinelli

L’une des deux tours jumelles qui sont le symbole de la ville de Bologne. A faire absolument si vous passez dans cette magnifique ville.
La Tour de la famille Asinelli se visite, pour 3 euros et après des centaines de marches en bois vous serez en haut de cette tour de près de 100 mètres de hauteur. Si le ciel est dégagé vous aurez une très belle vue sur les collines de Bologne, sinon vous y verrez au moins le centre historique.
Une visite incontournable que je conseille à tous ceux qui ont une bonne condition physique (pas adapté aux personnes agés et enfants en bas-​âges)

Hier muss man gewesen sein. Der schiefe Turm ist im Zentrum von Bologna. Von hier aus ist alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Übrigens ist der Turm schon sehr lange schief.

Ok, it wasn’t that bad. Actually, the 500 steps up to the top go much quicker than I thought I would. This giant tower is the symbol of Bologna (and, as we learned, the largest leaning tower in Italy. Take that Pisa!) You enter from the base and climb a bunch of small wooden steps before paying your three euro entrance. And then, it’s 500, all the way to the top!
It’s slow going. There’s only one way up and the same way down, and it is tight, so you’re constantly having to throw yourself against the wall so other people can push past you. Every time you think you’re done, you’re not, there’s more steps. Keep climbing.
Because the view from the top is phenomenal. It’s a gated in rooftop area made of concrete with gated in window areas for you to see out of, which makes it a little hard to take pics, but there are a few really amazing spots. Totally worth it in the city. I’ll see you at the top.

S’élevant à 97m de haut, la tour Asinelli eu plusieurs usages au fil des siècles: prison, guêt, laboratoire, et aujourd’hui haut lieu touristique de la ville.
Pour 3EUR (et quelques centaines de marches), vous pourrez jouir d’un panorama exceptionnel sur les autres monuments de la cité et la région de Bologne.

This 102m/​334 ft. tall tower, and its smaller neighbour, make up the symbol of Bologna. I have climbed the 500 steps many times to take photos from the top; the views over the town and countryside beyond are quite breath-​taking. As you get near to the top the steps are tiny, wooden, and rather difficult to negotiate. Both towers lean, the Asinelli by seven and a half feet. There is an admission charge of about 3 Euros.
