I have poor Noeleen’s heart broken from bookings and rebookings but bless her, she remains a consummate professional, always willing and able to dig me out of a bookings hole.
My company has been holding classes and orientations in DCU classrooms for the last three years and the service here is great. My only quibble is that IT support closes at 5pm so if there is a problem during an evening meeting here, it can’t be resolved quickly.
Noeleen gave me a tour of the DCU campus classrooms and facilities in 2010 and they’re extremely modern. There are projectors and screens in every room and there is an online system which allows you to check if the room is available and what facilities it has before making a bookings. Highly recommended from groups up to about 210 people.
