Pizza & Pasta Napoli

I have to admit, I wasn’t sure about this place at first, since from the outside it looked like many others cheap «Italian» places (which a lot of times turn out not to be that Italian at all), however I am SO glad we decided to try it out.
It was possibly the best pasta I’ve had in Ireland.
Tried the pizza too and was delicious as well.
We liked this place so much we went back the following day.
The staff was amazing too, everyone was super friendly and the chef came out asking if we liked our dishes.
I also couldn’t get over how big the portions were and how cheap everything was, especially considering the quality of the food.
Like I said the place is very casual and quite small but would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic Italian.
The gnocchi gorgonzola and bacon especially were insanely good.
Can’t stress enough how much I loved this place, will go back next time I’m in Galway for sure.

Great pizza with fresh toppings and crispy crust, but the pasta was amazing. They made it fresh, so there was some waiting involved, and it was rich and full of flavor!

Amazing quality pizza from this pizza bar, and at great value. There are seats for you to eat in but mostly it’s takeaway– it’s the perfect snack for after the pub and before the Roisin. No night is complete without a trip to pizza Napoli.
The staff are always so sweet and patient with a usually drunk crowd. I was here around Galway races and despite the nightmarish crowd, they were so sound.

Awesome little hole in the wall pizza and pasta shop. I was craving a homemade pasta dish and this place did not disappoint. All of the dishes are made to order so they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. We had the gnocchi ragu and a more simple pasta with oil and garlic. Both were fresh and delicious! The pizza also looked delicious and perfectly made, and that’s a compliment from me as I’m from NYC! The place is small and fills up quickly but definitely worth a stop in. Also it’s not too pricey, I’d say about 10 euro per person or less depending on what you order! Also, the beautifully suave and handsome Spanish man behind the counter is reason enough to go… mmm.

You need to know: Slice & Soda = € 4.90. Monday thru Friday, 12 to 5pm only. Other times expect to pay near € 6 for the same.
Order at the counter with all the pizza. They have full on dishes, or simply pizza. Garlic and jalapeño are on the table. Once you pay they will bring your food to the table.
If you’re looking for something other than the standard Irish fare, give this place a shot!

Tiny little pizza place in the heart of Galway!
Pizza slices are huge, great selection and never a disappointment!
Not a great place to sit in as it’s quite small, more so a takeout.
This place is always jammed on nights out, you can just about get in the door.
Nice place during the day to grab something fresh and quick. Staff always friendly.

Probably one of the best (and cheapest) meals I have had in Ireland! I chose the sausage pizza and was not disappointed. It came with a soda for 4.90 euro. Seating is a bit tight and lunchtime can be crowded, but well worth it for this amazing pizza!

You can get some seriously tasty pizza here. Seriously.
If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat when wandering around Galway, this is a good place. While places with food that takes a lot longer to arrive surround this tiny pizza shop, this is perfect if you want a tasty reasonably priced pizza slice in double quick time.
