I have worked in the Irish hospitality industry for over ten years.
I believe strongly in providing a professional service, with quality ingredients for an affordable price. I have worked in a lot of different aspects of the industry to gain insight and knowledge, from the kitchen to front of house you need to constantly learn from those around you, whether its another staff member or a customer there is always something new to learn in this industry.
My specialty is mixology, its my passion, I like making my own syrups from fresh ingredients and infusing my own liquors. I do not agree with making cocktails with store bought products which are generally full of sugar and additives.
