I loved it and can’t wait to go back and try more. I had the Oreo Waffle Sandwich and it was filling! The staff were super friendly and the décor was super cute.

I dont know about the previous and only review on here but i had a goodexperience. I walked in and ordered just a plain strawberry crêpe and it was about 4.50. At first i was like wow this is kind of pricey for just 1 crêpe… Turns out you get 3 crepes! :) Places that ive been to in the states atleast where i last went to only gives you 1 crêpe, but here they give you three and it was delicious. Will come here again whenever i am back in Dublin. Oh and it was nice and warm hahah that may sound weird but to me it tasted delicious. Thanks!

It was nice, very filling and extravagent ! But its a little bit pricey. I got a brownie milkshake and it was lovely but not presented well. Cream slopping all over it, thank god for the spoon ! The milkshake was kinda bland too. I may go for a waffle next time

I was very excited to try the waffles in Sweet Republic, having seen the amazing press release photos, however the café is extremely disappointing in real life. When you enter, there are no suggestions of how to order, or even signs telling you the different flavours of ice cream. When we ordered, I was told my order of a Crunchie and Nutella waffle with ice cream was a really«weird» choice, which I thought was strange coming from a staff member that had offered no guidance when it came to ordering. Disappointingly, they do not even make the waffles on premises — they merely heat up pre-made waffles from a packet, which results in you getting a cold waffle with a massive pile of ice cream on it, resulting in a bland experience. You get to enjoy this lacklustre experience sitting at one of two awkwardly placed kitchen tables where you sit with other diners, surrounded by craft kits that they are attempting to sell.
