I stopped in to grab a slice on the way from one pub to another and I must say, the pizza really was bad. It looked the part, but was bland and flavourless. I have never had pizza that looked so perfect and tasted so much like cardboard. If I hadn’t seen the man pull it out of the oven I would have swore it was frozen.

I can only comment on their chips, which were perfectly acceptable, and nice and hot. Service was speedy and pleasant.

There’s very little royal about royal pizza. It’s very underwhelming. The base of their averages slice is rock hard and it tastes like it’s been out in the air for ages.
Dublin pizza places like Royal need to up their game, because they’re getting their asses handed to them by the likes of Mizzoni’s and Ray’s.

I have championed two great pizza by the slice places here in dublin… now for one which I must advise nobody to visit.
I popped in to this place, expecting some pizza near in quality to pizza top… man was i disappointed.
If i wasn’t so hungry I probably would have thrown the pizza out it was that bad.
Absolutely everything about this pizza is terrible, horrible base horrible sauce, horrible toppings.
There are so many other options for fast food on liffey street… i highly advise everyone avoid this, if your dying for pizza cross the bridge and go for a difontaines.
