We are an Irish restaurant with classic French influences in dishes such as our Slow Braised Daube of Beef or our gorgeous Crème Brulee. We support local artisan and organic producers to use the best Ireland has to offer, including Shanagarry Salmon, Kilkeel Scallops, South Glenn Farm Beef and 5 Mile Town Goat’s Cheese, to name a few. All our ice creams and sorbets are made daily using the freshest ingredients to produce flavours such as advocado & ginger sorbet or milk and honey ice-cream!
