Handmade, delicious, gluten free birthday cakes online delivered in Co. Dublin.

We specialize at bespoke, special requirements, occasional cakes not only personalized and beautiful but also with amazing taste even though there are all gluten free (often dairy, egg, soy, milk etc free).

We never use microwave or any dodgy stuff. Instead we do cakes in the old fashion, proper way using use real quality ingredients straight from producer where possible like Irish butter or cold pressed rapeseed oil (not sprayed with herbicides), real vanilla pods etc. We make cakes gluten free yet still with amazing taste and from natural ingredients where possible.

Excellent customer service and your special requirements are very important to us therefore talk to us. We make on daily basis what others call impossible.

After 12 years of working in pubs, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, bakeries and having its own kitchen franchise at Avoca bar in Blackrock decided to start a gluten free bakery.
