Our first clinic was opened in March 2014 in Westland Row, Dublin 2. We now have another clinic based in Mullingar town Co Westmeath.

I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist/Hypnotist. I Specialise in stopping smoking techniques and Im also a former smoker. Being an ex-smoker I know only too well how it feels to be trapped in a power struggle with cigarettes. I use my own previous experiences to understand how the mind is responsible for keeping a habit going even when a person desperately wants to stop. It can feel like an internal civil war going on in your mind but it doesn’t have to be this way. There is a way of stopping this internal civil war and it works simply easily and naturally using the power of your own mind.
