My name is Aisling and I have been in business for over 15 years and use established and safe techniques to bring about positive change and transformation.

I Specialise in Hypnobirthing for pregnancy, labour and birth for Mums and dad’s.

I support couples emotionally in getting pregnant by addressing and clearing the emotional aspects around Fertility Problems.

I also deal with birth Trauma too, unexplained Secondary infertility, in vitro, IVF, IUI and work along side Ovulation and Fertilization dates to ensure that you are in the best possible emotional state in order to conceive, be it naturally, NAPRO or along side ART.

Providing self help techniques which empower you from the inside out, namely Hypnosis, CBT, NLP, Gastric Virtual Hypnoband, EFT, Tapping techniques, TAT, Energy Psychology, Psychotherapy, EmoTrance and more…

We train practitioners in EFT — Emotional Freedom Techniques, so they can use with there clients to bring about positive transformational change more quickly then traditional methods.
