I have 3 words for you; Protein lovers heaven!
Bodyfirst is defiantly one of the best supplement shops in Ireland! Not only do they have an unreal variety of brands, they also stock an insane amount of products you cant even buy in Ireland! And if your looking for unique products like «wheyhey» protein ice creams and sorbets… they’ve got you covered too!
I’m a regular visitor and stock up on Quest bars about once a month. 29 quid will get you a full box of the beauties. The price is pretty average, but today I walked away with a 10% discount, 4 free quest bars and a bag full of free samples, so that evens things out quite a bit!
The Staff are a wonderfully friendly bunch too! I often find myself in there chatting with them for 20 minutes after my card has gone through!
All in all, its a great spot for buying your favourite supplements and trying some new ones too! A must for any gym lover!

Staff are amazing, super helpful, friendly & knowledgable. Always offer advice from diet to supplements.
They have a fantastic range of supplements, nut butters, including the incredible Keen brand, and a wide range of foods.
Their website also hosts a wide variety of healthy recipes, which are easy to follow and simple to make.
It’s a shop definitely worth popping into, and you’ll find the food & advice so great you’ll just keep going back

Things are expensive, but no more so than any other whole food shops. They also deliver to anywhere in the country (to the best of my knowledge). I’ve never ordered online though to be honest so can’t comment on that!
They’re so helpful, so open to giving advice & completely non-​judgemental which is great for beginners like me! To the point where today, I went to call my other half & check what flavour protein he wanted & they offered me the shop phone to call him on!
Absolutely super service, defo recommend a visit!
