Established in 1997.
Bombay Pantry started in July 1997 with a small shop at the Glenageary roundabout. At the time Vivek and John Sheehan, identified a gap in the food to go market. They set about producing the best quality Indian food using only the best ingredients and traditional cooking methods at a fair price point.
