History

Established in 1976.

Business started with the love of cooking by the hostess who would cook from morning to night. It has been built up over the years to become one of the top B&B in Cavan. We love catering for our guests. The House is set in a valley between 2 forts and is the only on of this kind in Ireland. Our family farm is ideal for our guests to stroll around and a pub /​resturant is just a stroll up the road from our B&B.

I Catherine, your host can help you trace your ancestors, and find activities and things to do in Cavan. I love cooking and crafts of all kinds. Meeting different people is wonderfull and country life. Music, Walking, Cooking & Crefts are my hobbies and my husband loves his farming and helps in the B and B. We have 2 children, a boy and a girl, the girl is a teacher and the boy is a horticulturist
