Áras Inis Gluaire

Part of the new € 6.5 million Belmullet Civic Centre or it’s formal Irish title Áisleann Bhéal and Mhuirthead.
This arts centre has a 178 seater auditorium with retractable seating exposing a excellent dancing/​workshop floor. The auditorium also has a digital projector for films.
State of the art changing rooms, stage props/​set storage area.
Also on the ground floor is our main reception area which is the reception area for the whole civic centre which encompasses a public library, Mayo County Council offices, Udaras na Gaeltachta offices and training suite, Court House and finally incubation desks and offices on the 1^st floor for start up businesses, desk and office space for existing businesses, research projects and part government funded agencies (Mayo Ideas Lab).
The Arts Centre extends to the 1^st floor with a suspended walkway over the main lobby area, exhibition/​gallery area with an different exhibition every month or so. Main clerical offices are also on the 1^st floor.
Finally we have a radio broadcast studio and production booth.
