come here many times because it’s close to where I live. first time I came here I left hungry because the waitress forgot to put in my order to the computer and I didn’t want to wait any longer so left.
I usually order the bbq ribs to go.
I have also tried the peking style spare ribs but the ribs barely have any meat on it.
the fish maw soup is actually quite ok, suppose to be good for skin.

The name of the restaurant is Wah Fung Roast Meat Restaurant. It has an extensive menu in both Chinese and English with photos, but they also do afternoon tea sets. So you can stop by for a quick snack or a cuppa.
The restaurant had obviously been renovated recently. Everything is sparkling new and modern. However to the left of the entrance is hanged rows of dried sausages and at the kitchen front is hanged the roast meats. Cannot wait to return to try the roasts or the clay pot rice with the dried sausages. My faves!
As it is we had afternoon tea. I had the pineapple bun with fried egg and a choice of bacon, ham or luncheon meat. A strange combination as pineapple buns are sweet.

We came to explore KT at night, without dinner being the focus. We left saying we had just eaten one of the best roast pork, duck and prawn dishes. Just amazing.
We will be back, great staff, great atmosphere and most important great food. 5 stars

This is Wah Fung no 2, who roasts meat in the most traditional way, with no artificial flavoring or MSG. Apart from Cantonese roast meat, they also have an extensive menu of Cantonese cuisine, including some home cooking favorites such as steamed egg and steamed minced pork. Worthy of mention is the clay pot rice they offer in winter! This is a great addition to K Town, the food is great and selection is fantastic.
