Near gate 23. Again, a lounge in two sections. A very funky, quiet, dimmed-down area and a busier, brighter area. Again, good food and drink options, work stations, places to chat and places to rest and relax. There’s a sandwich bar in here and a juice bar. The juice attendant insisted I take a «revitalising juice mix» so I did. Goes well with the Jack and Coke! Love the red Solus pods in here! They look very cool. Awesome view out to the tarmac too. My favourite lounge so far!

I’m a fan if only for the juice bar and coffee bar. In addition to the normal food. In general, this lounge is smaller and I usually always find it crowded given its central location. There are no showers…

As far as lounges at HKG go, this is my favorite lounge for getting stuff done, as there’s plenty of solus chairs which is a custom designed for Cathay Pacific workstation with a bit of privacy and gives you a power outlet. There’s also a quiet area of the lounge too which seems to be quiet (as all quiet areas should).
At this lounge I love the juice bar here. It’s perfect for some healthy stuff especially if you were boozing at the previous two CX/KA lounges (G16 and the wing) or 3 one world lounges (CX/KA/QF lounges).
Though this lounge doesn’t seem to have any showers or noodle bar, which can only be found in the Wing (or the Pier at the other end).

The Cabin is one of the most convenient Cathay lounges at the HK airport. The food selection is not as good as The Wing and The Bridge, but it’s at the center of the airport. It’s your ideal lounge if you are taking the bus to Gate 50X-51X.
If you take a left from the entrance, there is hot food, fruit bar, grilled sandwich and a full bar. There are individual pods toward the end of the hall. If you make a right from the entrance, there is a business center with a few Macs. The right side of the lounge is usually more quiet if you want to get some work done or jump on a conference call.
