The Aberdeen Marina Club

I was most impressed with this member’s only club play area for children. very popular, perfect for birthday parties, and kids could role play every profession in there. Getting on a yacht here for a quick trip to Lamma island for lunch is nice too!

Aberdeen Marina Club, also known as AMC is a club for members to exclusively enjoy with their families a retreat that is beyond imagination including a variety of find dining restaurants to activities and recreational facilities. As a kid, I remember coming here every Sunday. I had my first swimming lessons here. It was where I learned how to swim, play video games, ice skate and use a membership card for kids. Many fond memories of this place. My mother would play mah-​jong in a room with her friends, my dad would sometimes host dinner and evening parties in the karaōke section as I rent a room out with my friends and watch Laser disc movies from their movie library selection. For kids and adults AMC is an amazing place for families to enjoy a weekend of relaxation. There is something to do for everyone which is why it is one of the most expensive clubs in Hong Kong. Their Spa facilities are world class renowned. The children have various number of classes to take as well as a world of facilities and activities ranging from smaller children to teenagers. Many people dock their yachts here as well for it is close to the harbour. Dads can chill out in the cigar lounge or play tennis and squash. They have many squash courts and billiard tables.
I used to enjoy a round of ping pong with my father or I remember my parents playing a round of ping pong and I would watch amusingly.
Many weddings are held here both western and eastern style banquets. It is an exceptional club that is highly prestigious and offers a wide array of activities of sorts for everyone. Good memories, good times.
