A hidden gem in Tin Hau where I go for my toro & uni fix. Tony helms the place and his staff are always so warm & welcoming.
They’ve got both Canadian & Japanese uni though recently I’m favoring the plumper Canadian variety. The toro is always fresh.
Ask for dried codfish to start, these are served with Japanese mayo for dipping.
If you’re still feeling hungry after your mains, ask for their famous milky fish soup (udon optional). The soup is ultra-​thick so you will either love it or hate it.
Lunch sets are awesome and are priced lower than dinner.
