I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, with family and on my own. It’s quite reasonably priced for Kowloon and there has been instances when I’ve been able to stay for $ 60usd/night(9⁄2015 price). Rooms are adequate for Hong Kong, not noisy, plus guests receive complimentary water and fruits/chocolates from hotel upon arrival. There’s usually about 6 rooms to a floor, and I recall them having 20-something stories. I’ve stayed in rooms right in front of the elevator and have yet to encounter an issue with noise. Like the other reviewers said, it’s quite convenient to Ladies’ Market, cafes, restaurants, bars, MTR(Mongkok and Mongkok East stations are closest)…basically everything. There’s even a 7 – 11 a couple of stores down from the hotel entrance.

Cannot check in early but will allow you to leave your bag with a wire lock. Overall, about 10 ish minute walk to the closest MTR station(Mongkok Station). The good part is its past all the busy streets so you can enjoy it and head back, bad part is you will have to walk through it to get home. Ladies night market is only two blocks away! The cleaning lady did a wonderful job cleaning our rooms and giving us complimentary water every day! Very refreshing coming back to a spotless room after our adventures. They have a converter in side the room already for USA plugs! Front desk was always friendly and answered our questions if we had any. We didn’t speak Cantonese so we mainly communicated in English and there were no issues. Free wi-fi as well, just login with the pop-up after you connect.

In a very convenient part of Kowloon. It’s a few blocks away from the Mong Kok station or Yau Ma Tei station. It’s a pretty big hotel and the room size is good for HK. It’s clean and staff is friendly.
