This local noodle shop is on a side street in Tsim Sha Tsui about a block from K11. I tried the beef brisket and beef tendon with egg noodle soup. I thought the meats were only okay. The noodle had good texture. The soup didn’t have too much flavor either. I expected more out of this small local shop that looks like it has been around for awhile, but whether it is newer or older, I just feel that some other places could be better for these soup noodles.
I can’t comment on the rice plates and barbecued meats they also have there.
Service was standard/​normal. Took our order. Food came quick. That was pretty much it.

This very local noodle shop offers a wide variety of dishes from soup noodles to mixed noodles to rice dishes. They specialize in everything beef — beef brisket, beef intestines, beef balls, tripe, etc.
I had a beef brisket with flat noodle soup (hor fun) and thought it was just ok. The beef brisket itself was tender but lacked flavor. The soup was also very watered down and lacked flavor. Aside from that, the noodles weren’t too soggy.
This noodle shop is off the beaten path so unless you’re in the area, no need to make a special trip out there.
