We always enjoy the food & drinks here. The ribs are excellent but the fried chicken is only ok. Their delmonico steak is also very good. Service is efficient but could be more personable.

The two stars are for their reservation service as I was not allowed the chance to try their food. I was excited to make a reservation for Thanksgiving here as their menu looked more than satisfying. When I called, the woman curtly directed me to email them if I wanted a table for Thanksgiving and assured me they would get back to me. 2 days later, no return email. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I emailed again. No response. I then called again the next day– same curt woman who then put me on the phone with another curt woman. I informed her that no one had emailed me back. Her response(in a «I’d rather be scrolling through my Instafeed» tone of voice): «Oh, we are fully booked for Thanksgiving now.» Ah lovely, my early planning was foiled by their unapologetic lack of interest in answering their own reservation email. Well, I lack interest in dining anywhere where service isn’t a priority.

Went to Restoration for the all you can eat fried chicken and ribs on their Tuesday night special. Was greeted by a very aloof hostest, waiting staff was efficient, but not very friendly either. There was only 3 tables occupied that night. I came here for the fried chicken, so I can live with that sort of service level. My partner and I ordered the all you can eat fried chicken and ribs. It comes with a soup and bread. The soup was very good, it was sort of a tomato based purée soup with a strong hint of smokiness. However, they could be less generous with the salt. Chicken was freshly fried, and has a very crunchy batter. The meat was also very moist. I have to admit the fried chicken was very good, but would appreciate it if its less salty also Ribs comes with all you can eat fries too. Ribs was just ok, a bit dried, and would be nice if it comes with a dipping bbq sauce. Since the all you can eat special only comes with fries, we ordered an extra side dish of mac and cheese. Again it was very salty, but portion was generous. Cost of this is an extra HKD$ 88 All in all, it was a decent meal. But would I come back, most likely not. Bill comes out to a total of HKD$ 1,100(we had 6 budwisers @ happy hour price), which I think is way over priced for what we ate. Tip to owners, perhaps you can offer two free side dishes with your all you can eat chicken instead of just fries. Honestly, I think Jollybees or Popeyes have simialr quality of fried chicken(if they are freshly fried) at 1⁄8 of the cost.

Excellent food! What more do you need? Well located on Wyndham Street, we decided to try this place out for brunch. My husband had the filet steak — cooked beautifully medium rare with sides of sunny side up and roasted potatoes. I had the Jambalaya omelette, filled with prawns and vegetables which was lovely and quite filling! My mate opted for a chicken caesar salad which was prepared beautifully. Indeed if the brunch was so good — I would expect dinner to be much better — the menu looked delicious so I am absolutely returning for dinner next!

We came on a Monday and took advantage of the Super Mondays special so it was very affordable. Food was okay. I came expecting real Cajun food… it’s good food but this is not Cajun to me.

Went there for lunch. $ 238 for salad and steak. The salad is a pleasant surprise, taste good and nicely presented. The steak is quite good quality and nicely done. If they can include a coffee without charging $ 20 extra would be perfect :)

Came here again for dinner — this time ordered the gumbo and broiled oysters… In love!!! Could not get enough of that gumbo, and the oysters had a zing of lemon, altogether so moreish.

Okay, I admitted that I could not distinguish New Orlean cuisine from the generally US food yet, but the fried chicken, onion soup and deep fried oyster sandwich(a.k.a. Po Boy) here were excellent *thumb up*. The lunch is especially a great deal. I will surely come back again!
