Now what can I say about this place, it is located on the first floor of a building in the middle of Yuen Long. There is a escalator that takes you up to the entrance. The place is sort of specialized in banquets, like wedding, birthday. It also serves dim sum in the morning, but open later than most of other Chinese restaurants in the area. It opens at 9 am. My mum took me there because the place is quieter than other Chinese restaurants in the area. That I totally agreed. However, the food is really not good at all. There is no trolley lady pushing the dim sum cart. You put your order in by ticking an order sheet. Then someone will bring the food to your table. I had steam Pork Dumplings, Shrimp Dumplings, Beef Balls and Shrimps wrapped in lasagna. All the dim sum were over cooked, all the wrappings crumbled and melted the minute you pick it up by chopsticks. The Salted Fish and Pork Rice was of large portion size, but the salt fish is not of good quality. Apart from it is less noisy and the table are not placed too close to each other, there is really nothing memorable and the food quality is under par, as far as dim sum is concern.
