Every two years, I find myself at the cross road. The cross road of attempting to save money, attempts to try other studios or even to step out of my comfort zone and to join a gym. But weighing odds, here I am again, signing my 5th year with Pure! Yups, there goes another 2 years of(financial) commitment. I first joined Pure TST when i moved back to HK(jobless). Back in the happy days, weekday classes were small and close knitted. This probably sparked much of my interest in Yoga. I started Yoga wanting a healthier body and to this day, Yoga has given me so much more and i am so grateful for it. Throughout the years, I have tried various studios at Pure as well as fitness centers. Overall, I feel that the teachers are very professional and knowledgable. Though classes range from 20 – 30 people now, Pure provides a wide variety of classes and schedules to suit your degree of challenge. Amenities at Pure are well equipped(showers, toilets, free towels, mini towels, shampoos, conditioners, wiped mats) which is what I like about the place. Even though I do join yoga at smaller studios now, Pure classes still provides me with a good solid practice around the clock. Namaste.

Yoga is my favorite exercise. Not only train your body but also strong your mind. Pure yoga provide variety class to choose and many good teachers teach yoga with full of passion. Of course prise not low, however, I still think it worth.

I had my first yoga class, began my yoga practice and have met some of my favourite yoga teachers at TST studio 4 years ago before I upgraded and begin to explore other studios this year. 1. Space — The studio is spacious! Also, in some studios you can practice yoga with a full Victoria Harbour view. Woohoo! 2. Clean environment — After renovation the changing room and showers are all upgraded and clean. 3. Staffs — staffs in general are very helpful and friendly. Hope the above help especially if you are looking for a place to begin your yoga practice.

The location of a yoga studio is really important to me. It has to be convenient and preferably close to where I work. Hence I joined Pure Yoga in Quarry Bay when I used to work there a few years ago. Later on, I took up another job on the Kowloon side and started coming here to the Peninsula studio. I must say, this has to be my favorite studio out of the six Pure Yoga locations. I’m loving this place even more after they finished the renovations this summer… so I’m giving it another star! Ta-da! If you have been to all of the Pure Yoga studios, you would know that none of the rest could beat this one in terms of the view. Every time when I check in at the entrance, when I get a card saying Studio 6, it’s like I win the lottery! Studio 6 has a view of the Victoria Harbour. Imagine you standing there doing a tree pose, you can just look across the harbour and stare right at the top of the Convention Centre trying to balance yourself… how cool is that? What else makes the Peninsula studio so impressive is that they have some great instructors. When you’re done with class, you can also sit at the lobby and enjoy the harbor view while you’re waiting for a friend! If that’s still not enough to persuade you to come here, they even have phone chargers. Leave your phones there to charge while you’re in class… and may I say, PLEASE do not bring your phones to class as it is very disturbing. Inhale… exhale… leave your phones behind and relax, Hong Kongers!
