I am being Pure’s members for 6 years in a row. Although there are many substitute in the market(many people keeps telling you. You can keep fit without going to the gym. Indeed) and my stuff was being stolen two times, I still love sticking to Pure Fitness Kenwick center. Because Pure Fitness is my second home where you can exercise any time between 6am till 12midnight. It works perfectly to fit my work schedule. Also they always bring the latest equipment, trends/news of sports and wide options of classes. There must have something for you. In addition, all members are good looking, fit and serious about exercise. It creates a awesome fitness atmosphere and motivate yourself to work harder even you are weak and tired. Last, Boxing Trainer Denn Mark is really professional who teaches me lots of technique and never lets me go without reaching his standard. He also keeps pushing my physics limit to where you can’t even image. Don’t think. Just do! I highly recommend«Pure» to everyone who loves sports and care your body!!!

I’m not sure that Pure could make it much easier to work out. Literally, the only thing you need to bring is your trainers. On arrival, you swap your membership card for a locker key and then head upstairs to grab a set of gym kit. Get changed and you are all set. On the fitness side, Pure caters pretty well for everyone. There are floors dedicated to free weights, group training rooms and lots of cardio equipment. All of the equipment is well maintained — there are no excuses for not pushing yourself hard. So far, I have not had any difficulty getting on my preferred machine. However, I expect it gets busy during peak hours. A nice touch at the end of your session is being able to grab a cool towel from a fridge on the gym floor. Just what you need to cool yourself down. Any downside? Not much really. Obviously it isn’t cheap but given the price of HK real estate this is not exactly surprising. Actually it is not that different in price than London gyms and given what it offers, I don’t have a problem recommending Pure without hesitation!

The gym is my third home. Aside from work and my real home, i spend a lot of my hours at the gym. I used to come to this location everyday at lunch. Soho is a very convenient location for those who work in Central. The better thing about this gym is that my walk up to Soho is already my warm up so when I start exercising, I don’t even need to do a warm up. What I love about this location is that #1, it’s convenient, #2, they have lots of dvds(after frequenting the other gyms, I still find the old fashioned dvds work the best, the iPods piss me off sometimes, because it’s hard to find what i want and they don’t always work). #3, the staff here are really friendly and accommodating. All of Pure Fitness gyms are excellent, they have really good facilities and provide lots of extras to make going to the gym easier. For example, they provide members with clean t-shirt, shorts and socks, so all you need is a pair of runners. You really have no excuse to bring a pair of runners to work. They also have a basket of apples at the counter, so you can take one on your way out. It’s an excellent snack and healthy way to curb hunger. The gyms also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotion, cotton buds and cotton pads. It makes it so convenient to freshen up to go back out afterwards. That’s where the down side of this location is. it’s way too close to the bars and restaurants that sometimes as you are leaving the gym, you really have to exercise self control. Yes, I admit, self control is my nemesis. Working out at Pure always makes me feel clean, refreshed and healthy.
