Before I say anything, can I just say that I just realized the Chinese name of Pokka Café is the same as Park n shop supermarket?(No wonder they do not have its Chinese name on its signage…) Okay. First off, this restaurant certainly has been through a lot. When I was still in high school, I often saw this place and I believed that it has been there for more than ten years. Now with the renovation in Tuen Mun Town Plaza, this café is unfortunately downsized with its right part that used to be the display window and now changed to a bakery shop. Anyways, the café itself has not changed much. The food options are very varied. You may find Japanese, western or Korean food here. Also, there are so many choices including desserts as well. The food overall are pretty fine but nothing exceptional to be honest. Yet, I highly recommend this place for a reunion of a gathering with a group of friends mainly because you do not have to worry about them not being able to order what they want to eat. Second, they have big tables that cater big group of diners. Third, they will not judge you for laughing too loudly(but of course better control yourself a bit…). However, it closes relatively early around half past ten so unfortunately you may not stay for a longer time. I guess the fast food shop nearby is another good hangout place after this.
