For those of you who know me, I love my gin. I love gin before all others. I was super excited to come here. We walked in, and if you are looking for the British expats with european music, you found them. Fine by me. So order away. I was prepared to try everything. FIrst drink, padndan jax, good but not the best I have had in Hong Kong. Maybe I ordered poorly. Second drink, sweet dreams, tasted like I was drinking pure lavender oil, I disliked this so much I asked the husband to finish it. So this gin lover left really disappointed. Would I try here again, sure, the menu is huge maybe I just didn’t pick the right cocktail for me.

Gin3. Explore the Pandan Jax (explorables and Malibu), winter with a Perfect Perry (rosmary gin, grape vanilla, pear, & Island Bitters), and relax with a Sweet Dreams (Lavender gin&tea syrup & Disaronno). If you like whiskey, get the Barrel-​Aged Negroni and you’ll right at home. Bit pricey and they use syrups in many of their drinks that I’m guessing aren’t homemade. Still, a bunch of classic gin drinks for you British gin loving types.

I don’t really think there’s anything bad about this place.
Brilliant décor, nice and attentive staff. Good selection of gins (although I mostly order Hendrick’s ever since I switch my go-​to drink from JD & coke to Hendrick’s & tonic).
To make a girl happy you can always always order the bathtub with a rubber duck. To impress a guy like me, order their chips and mini burgers. I mean, most of the bars I like around Central/​Soho always come with decent food. This one is no exception.
One really minor downfall is it gets busy later into the night. I mean, they won’t kick you out as long as you keep drinking and ordering.
