Loved it. Yet to eat everything on the menu which is gluten free but 3 visits in 5 days means I’m a fan!
Spring rolls are tasty. Lovely fresh and packed full summer rolls are delicious. I had pork and noodles which I also loved.
Small, seats around 22 so fills up fast but food is delivered fast so you’d not linger too long. Happy hour on wine between 5−8pm every night.
Service — friendly and efficient. Cash or Octopus card payments only.

They have a nice lunch menu. The lemon grass beef if always a refreshing choice. The sandwich is s nice nice on days you feel more hungry. They only have limited seating but take out is always quick.

I was really looking forward to checking this place out since I love eating noodles only to find that I can’t eat their rice dish due to onions, garlic, and scallions which they already precook into the broth. Okay, no biggie. I like banh mi sandwiches too! (My favorite one is currently in the Vietnamese shop in Chitown.)
The banh mi sandwich was quite bland. They could have added more tofu. Instead of just one piece, maybe be a bit more generous and add at least 1 more, but ideally 2 additional pieces! The banh mi was supposed to be spicy, but I tasted none of the spiciness o_​o
The only I liked was the coconut water that I got with my to-​go lunch. She gave me the whole coconut to eat the meat in the inside of the shell, only for me to find out it was impossible to carve any meat out of that coconut.
If you are looking for something simple, then you I think NoodleMi would do just fine for you. But still in this case, I’d suggest for you to literally walk 2 doors down to pick up some K-​Roll which tastes light years better.

This noodle specialty embraces from curry to sautéed vegetables along with their wide selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Also, each snack bite with its homemade dipping can be surprising for this Southeastern Asian healthy eatery.
The vegetarian, gluten-​free choices looks promising. I am a fan of Sautéed vegetables and tofu in bun noodles. Just right for the cooking time and veggies are evenly flavor. Definitely not one of those you feel overwhelming at first glance, but the after taste make you fancy the fresh greens. The tofu remains tender after being stir-​fried and source are well marinated. And the NOODLE! Water drained guaranteed. None wet vermicelli experience here. And the ingredients avoids the stickiness. Still, do not ignore other signatures apart from noodles. Summer rolls range from grilled beef, grilled chicken, turmeric fish, fresh pawn, soft shell crab to vegetarian. I can simply swallow a feast of that. And conventional phở is always at your service.
Do not miss their fresh coconut. Comes big in size and rich for the coconut meat. Sipping and digging! And the light taste can easily compliment the rolls and bun noodles. And yes, Soda with lime is also safe.
Take-​away would be wise for Sheung Wan working community. All their goods are packed in chic color boxes. And perfect window seating to watch the vendors, bankers and others if you are eating alone. The portion is relatively large for me. Consider sharing if you are not starving.

Plenty of meat, plenty of veggies, but the taste was a bit too «western». I guess I understand this considering that there are many westerners in HK. So, for me, I think they add something that made it really sweet.
Maybe you can request that the lay off on the sweet stuff.
