Le Méridien Cyberport

I’ve had the best stay here so far. This is my fourth night and I only have great things to say. The staff is attentive and my room is lovely. I’m in a «pure room» which helps with allergies in the top floor. The hotel is all wireless and very Techy which I love. The bed is so comfy. I literally do not want to get out of the bed! The food is also really good. I’ve had room service and enjoyed a buffet breakfast yesterday with my guest that was amazing. Overall, the décor, restaurant options and overall ambiance are incredible. This area is a more isolated part of town but it is great as I’m visiting my friends who live in Pokfulam area. I would still recommend to tourists because cans here are very cheap and you’ll enjoy the tranquility and top service.
There is a gym and a lovely pool. I haven’t had the time to enjoy these amenities but the restaurants are very good and the concierge is very helpful. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the city.

What can I say about this place? The people that work there are friendly. But… I had a room where the faucet was leaking, was charged a bill at a restaurant that was not mine, charged for breakfast even though I thought it was covered and I did not find out it was not covered until after I finished eating. Breakfast there is about $ 35 USD per person. It was really not worth it. We went with a large group, and we all thought the rooms were too cold. It is also in Cyberport, you would think Wifi is covered but you also have to pay for that. Then, the day I wanted to use the pool, they closed off the pool for public use. I did not really get any apologies for the faucet issue, or the bill accidently charged to my room. Hopefully, I wont have the need to go to Cyberport again since this is really the only hotel there but if I do, I will stay in Aberdeen. I am willing to travel further. A few of my friends cancelled the rest of there stay here to go somewhere else. I should have done the same. It is also cheaper to go somewhere else and free breakfast.
