Sorry to be the 5 star combo breaker but it doesn’t strike me as a 5 stars ramen. The décor was quite nice and reminded me of Tokyo. You know, those little ramen joints at some back alley but are always full. It’s a shame nothing else followed reminded me the same way. For starters — the server did very little to make us feel welcome, if at all. I rarely complained about service(hey, it’s Hong Kong after all!), but as a Japanese restaurant, at least they are usually trained to pretend to give a dime about service. Apparently the sausages are pretty popular here, but when my friend asked, he seemed to hesitant to explain the difference of the sausages on the menu. You may feel more comfy if you are a repeated customers. But all repeated customers start as a first-time customers at some point of time right? Ordered sausages and fried dumplings. Nothing particularly impressive. The ramen. I ordered the spicy one. It’s the good kind of spicy, but(1) It’s double the size of the usual ramen my friends ordered. Nowhere in the menu indicated that size, and I hate to waste food. Also I realized that, other than the extra bbq pork I ordered on top, the spicy ramen practically got nothing in it(some small pork chucks, I supposed, but since the ramen noodles were so blew out of proportion you couldn’t really think that’s a proper ingredient). It’s supposed to be healthy and without MSG and all. Umm. Okay. Wouldn’t queue for it, but wouldn’t mind to come again to try another ramen dish to make another review.

Yummy ramen! A friend brought me here and definitely was a great recommendation. Their broths are more healthy focused. We came around 12:40pm on a weekday and were able to get a table, but by about 1:15pm there was a line outside. Food: You have the option to choose the broth, hardness of noodles, whether you want spring onions, essential oils, and garlic. Other add-ons are additional charge. –My friend got the pork broth and I tried it and it tasted really good. Simple and savory. –I got the«Beauty» ramen($ 80) which is a pesto ramen with bacon. The broth was really good! I asked for«hard» ramen and it came as requested. For me I also had garlic and green onion, and overall really enjoyed the ramen. The«Beauty» ramen is a set that comes with a small yogloo(yogurt drink) and salad. –We also got a gyoza and the filling tasted really good also. Service –They have quick service to take your order after you mark what you want on a sheet –Food also comes quickly No complaints here. Will have to return to try other ramen, or I may get attached and have this«Beauty» ramen again. What a beauty!
