Fishermen One Hot Pot Restaurant

I came here for lunch with a co-​worker on a Wednesday.
They have different set lunches and we ordered the 3 course one for $ 88. You get a soup, vegetable dish and a main. There are bout ten different mains to pick from, mostly heavy on carbs.
I got the almond pig lung soup. It’s pretty creamy and standard in quality. My e-​noodle with dried shrimp powder is yummy. They can add a bit more mushrooms and chives to it though I thought.
The veg dish that come with the set meal was quite small. You get about 5 branches. It tastes very good. Fresh and crispy.
Food is pretty decent but the service is quite slow. The place was quite busy filled with older patrons. We saw people sitting nearby ordering a la carte dishes which look quite good. We might come back again to check out their dinner menus.
