After a night drinks at a bar, we worked up an appetite for some fried chicken. Open till 2am, this little place is perfect for late night munchies. We ordered a basket of the hot spicy chicken for $ 185HKD($ 24USD). It was a large portion of chicken accompanied by a small amount homemade chips. The chicken was scorching hot and the spice left a lingering tingle on the lips. The chips were also tasty, but I wish there’d have been more. It was a nice option for late night grub, however I felt it was very overpriced. Total bill for the chicken and 2 draft beers was about $ 40USD.

Ok fried chicken is a big deal to me. It holds a special place in my heart(most likely literally and figuratively). The best I’ve ever had? Lawson’s in Japan. Fairlyand though, does it well enough. We got there and ordered the standard regular fried chicken and the garlic. Its VERY well battered, but not to the point where you feel like its more batter than chicken. Its very crispy and the meat juicy and full of flavour. The crisps/chips are tasty enough, but not really super special. I really wish this place had wings though, because that would be even better! A great fried chicken place and definitely worth checking out.

Not the best Korean fried chicken place in HK but the only place to serve the Chicken Gizzard(kidney). They’re soooooo good!

YES! My Favourite Chimek place in HK at the moment. 3 things you need to know: 1. Grilled Fried Chicken 2. Chicken Mousse Salad 3. Hite Beer Eat. Repeat. Smile. That is all. You try you like.
