One of the very few local coffee houses that still make their own bread and cakes. The sign says it’s a coffee house so do not expect a very extensive menu, go for breakfast or afternoon tea and try their baked goods and sandwiches. Hidden in the fruit wholesale market, while you are there you can also check out the newly renovated historical Yaumatei Theater.
If you are feeling nostalgia this is the place to hit, and their pineapple bun with butter is a must try. It’s nice and fresh, soft in the inside and crispy on top plus the slight savory from the butter — yum… You can substitute the plain white bread with it in any set breakfast for an extra $ 5. Such a bargain.
