Café de Coral never disappoints with their great selection and efficient service. Whenever I visit Hong Kong, this is one of the staples that I will visit.
Anyways I was staying at a near by hotel at Fortress Hill and had a few hours before check out, so I came to this location for take out breakfast, which was great. The milk tea was amazing with authentic HK flavor. Other items including Congee, Chicken steak, scrambled egg and turnip stream cake were all very tasty.

Café de Coral has been around for a while, with restaurants all over Hong Kong. People like us who have spent most of our life in HK have witnessed the changes of their interior design and food (and price increase!). Still it is a place to go to whenever I cannot decide where I should go for meals. This is a place for the 平民.
