My friend suggested me to try this place out. I immediately like it when I got to the spot. It’s a very small place which run by a couple. Something telling me the food is gonna be really authentic. I like the Bandeja 33 a lot. The chicharron was amazing! The sweet potato fries was good but I don’t think it goes with the sauce it provided. I didn’t like the carne empanada, the flour was really salty. I think it’s pretty good food in general. I would prefer the portion to be a little bigger. Great hang out spots for friends. They never pressure to rush you out.

We stumbled across this little café on a late lunch mooch in causeway bay. I was with a veggie friend so we sampled the delights the menu had to offer of burnt sweetcorn and poutine. These dishes were both delicious. The gravy of the poutine was laced with a mouthwatering mushroom sauce and topped with the perfect amount of cheese. Nom. Now the sweetcorn was dusted with pepper and served with a wedge of lime that we squeezed over lovingly. The sour pepper taste was truly a party in our mouths and we devoured every last bite. The staff(and owner) are super friendly. Unfortunately they messed up our coffee orders and gave us an ordinary latte rather than the caramel ones we’d ordered. We didn’t mind and slurped away happily(I must comment on how delicious the foam was because I enjoyed it immensely). To make up for their faux pas, the owner presented us with a complimentary caramel flan. Ermergerd. It was fantastic! Sweet, light and the perfect amount for two to share. We also learnt that husband/wife chefs are a combination of Latin American and Canadian. Needless to say this put a special spin on the flavours created. We had a great time, and I will definitely be back to hit up the meatier dishes on offer.

The aprepa is so deeelish. The beef is better than the chicken, but that is just my personal preference. This restaurant is at the end of the road, so the location is a bit confusing at first, but nothing major. It is a pretty small restaurant so I recommend coming at off hours in case the restaurant becomes full. The waitresses are polite, the atmosphere is chill, and I definitely want to visit again soon.

This place was Amazing!!! It’s located just a few minutes of the Causeway Bay of Hong Kong it’s very simple to get to, if you are craving some real Latino food this is the place!!! After a couple weeks in China I was dying to eat some Arepas Rellenas… Thank goodness for Unilocal!!!It guide me to this place the Arepa that I ate was just the same flavor like back home plus another big addition they have Papelon con Limon(Sugar cane juice with lemon) the owner is onsite making sure things get done the authentic way(He is from Colombia) his wife directs the Kitchen I also had the Bandeja which was also very delicious and tasty. Jose the owner also provided us with some inside tips of how to move around Hong Kong which I’m very grateful for. I highly recommend this place for all the Latinos or foreigners living or visiting Hong Kong, you can not skip this restaurant.
