Friendly staff and plenty of beverages (alcoholic/​non-​alcoholic). One PC is free for use. No hot food or meal items like sandwiches but there are cookies, chips, nuts and fruit (apple) and ice cream. Many sandwiches are very reasonably priced and huge so just get one from the airport and have it with drinks here.
Wifi is free but a little slow. Not bad for waiting a BA, especially often delayed London flight.

Die Executive Club Lounge betrieben von British Airways Stuttgarter Flughafen ist leider nicht das, was man von einer Business Class Lounge gewohnt ist. Es gibt nur Getränke und Snacks in Form von Chips und Salzbrezl in der Tüte. Frisches Obst in Form von Äpfeln ist meist schon aus. Seit einer Weile gibt es nun auch eine Eistruhe aber man muss Glück haben, um noch eine größere Auswahl vorzufinden, da anscheinend nur ein Mal pro Woche aufgefüllt wird. Zur rush hour ist es hier sehr voll und es ist schwer einen Platz zu finden. Jedoch gibt sich das extrem freundliche Personal große Mühe, die Sitze und Tische geschirrfrei und sauber zu halten.

World’s smallest airport lounge — serving American Airlines, British Airways, Iberian, and a bunch of others including the entire One World alliance.
Maybe 10 tables and some chair seating, possibly fits 40 people and when I stopped in there was standing room only for a chair! No restrooms within this «lounge» — nothing «lounge-​ish» whatsoever about this place.
Had a shot of Baileys then bailed. MUCH more room in the general terminal area. Way beyond disappointing. The words «sad» and «pathetic» come to mind… if you are into crowded spaces and sitting on a stranger’s lap, this lounge is perfect!
