At first look, a hotel above a McDonalds Restaurant isn’t the most attractive thing to an American tourist, however, the separate entrance allows you to get over that fact very quickly. The location is good because a rail station is just outside the lobby entrance, easy access. The location is bad because a rail station is just outside the lobby entrance, it can be noisy at night. We got over this negative aspect very easily as we filled our day with walks from the hotel to places like the military museum, Napoleons tomb, the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River… making it very easy to sleep at night. The accommodations were find and the staff was very helpful. There’s a good shopping district right around the corner that goes on for a number of blocks and there are many very good cafes, restaurants and coffee houses within close proximity.

This is the first hotel I went to when I came to Europe for my semester abroad. I did a pretour which toured Paris, Bruges and Brussells. This hotel was really nice and close to things to see. I miss Paris

I am going to miss this place. This review is probably a little biased, but I enjoyed my time here. Fantastic location with an amazing staff. Clean rooms and close to food and shopping.
