Sorry kebab places, it seems my reviews on you are mostly about midnight-fries-after-alcohol kind of thing for I don’t usually go to this place to get my food. This place is quite ok for the aforementioned midnight meal. The location is bright and clean, just few minutes walk away to central station, perfect to «sober» you up on your way home from your drinking detours at Vesterbrogade. We ordered fries, two portions for the three of us and we demolished them almost immediately. Fries are nice, warm and crispy but that’s about it and to be honest, those are all we expect from places like this, nothing compared to Copper & Wheat fries, but hey… where can you get proper fries on Saturday midnight time, eh? That said, entertainment is top, with Bollywood music clips aired on the big TV at the back: P Don’t say I didn’t warn you, but maybe that’s also an extra notch needed to sober you up on your way home so you won’t be one of those guys who throw up in S-tog or metro. PS: Chili on the table is not strong at all. Pile it up on your fries!

I was here with my friend at 2 am after couple glass of beers. I ordered the Shawarma with homemade pita bread. It was quite warm, but taste wise was ok, especially with their chili in oil. I might have to come back again, and try their menu when I am sober. They were showing a Bollywood movie on the TV, which kind of brought back childhood memories.

Selected this joint due to fairly positive reviews. But I have certainly tried far better places in the same catagory. The Dürum kebab had too much dough in it for my taste and the rest of the meal was also mediocre at best. Everything is self service and staff is performing the same level of enthusiasm as roadconstruction workers. I’m done with ‘exotic’ food chains.

Ok, it was 1am after a concert and more than a few beers, but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Kebabish and would be a regular if I lived in Copenhagen. I love Indian food. And Middle Eastern. This place seems to do both, very well. I would be hard pressed to decide between a great kebab and lamb chops or a great butter chicken and naan bread, but their mix of Indian and Middle Eastern, from Kebabs to Butter Chicken, Naan and Lamb Chops — allows you to have both. And yes, It was all delicious. It was all made fresh, not heated. The lamb and kebabs were grilled to be tender yet charred, and seasoned to that nice mix of heat and spice that just makes it. The butter chicken was all white meat, tender, moist and silky, flavorful with a nice level of heat, the chicken had obviously been marinating for a while prior. The naan bread was at the same level as the rest: hot and crispy, yet soft and dense in the middle. All washed down with ice cold, gourmet Lemonade. Worth every penny, and a delicious conclusion to a great night in Copenhagen.

A friend recommended this place to me on their shawarma being more flavourful than Kebabistan’s. He was right! The meat is peppery and a little saltier, but the consistency is very tough. Sort of like chewing newspaper and carton. Although I like chewy meat, this was not really for me. The bread was nice and soft with pockets of air, a bit thicker than in the durum rolls I usually get. We also got a freshly-squeezed orange juice, which was very tasty but almost warm. The atmosphere is great. if you like to watch Bollywood while eating greasy food in a cafeteria… which may be good, depending on the night! Best of all, I didn’t get sick this time.

Great chicken kebab and shwarma. It’s conveniently located and has plenty of room. The prices were quite reasonable and proportions very generous. You will be able to have a full and satisfying meal here.

Loved the kebabish! Great kebobs plus extremely tasty Indian food. Reasonably priced, very clean. You order at the register and then they bring the food to your table. It was a very good spot to bring a family after a day of walking around town for a quick meal with enough choices to please everyone. Once of the better aloo saags I’ve ever had!

Best kebab that I have ever had. They combine Indian spices in the meat to make the kebab hot and spicey. I’ve never had a kebab with such a unique flavor. This place was very good but expensive. A kebab wrap was 64 krona or about $ 12. I would eat there again.

Food was good, it was hot not spicy but temperature which is a good sign I have come to notice about this quickie places. My friend who is of Indian descent thought the sheesh kebab was way over seasoned with coriander. He ordered some chicken and rice dish which was ok, not awesome, not horrible, middle of the road. I ordered the mixed grill. It was good aside from the color of the chicken, why RED? The lamb was the star of the place. Naan was also good.

I wanted a lamb Shwarma, but not available ten minutes prior to closing at 23:50. Item #92 Kylling Pitabread aka Chicken Pita was first rate, item #91 Shawarma I Rulle, Beef Shwarma Wrap was only so-so. Terminal wouldn’t accept my VISA without a PIN. Very friendly and helpful person behind counter.

If you are mostly vegetarian/vegan like myself — and don’t want to replace proteins entirely with carbs — Kebabish has very little to offer. 1 maybe 2 dishes in the huge menu. But if you are a big — big! — meat eater like my boyfriend, you would love it here. The food is good — period. Decent products and well prepared. It is fast food so you’re not lingering for hours for your food, and the service is great — so are the prices. We’ve tried their pizzas, indian food and kebab — and can recommend them all. You would probably gain 10 pounds if you ate here all month, so for me this is a good cheat meal option.

Nice kebabs and butter chicken is very delicious. General I have never been disappointed my any takeaway from Kebabish, but I don’t like to eat in the restaurant. It’s noisy and to fast food’ish.

Great Middle-Eastern, Turkish and Indian fast food place, serving excellent food for really fair prices. Very clean compared to similar places in Copenhagen.
