Amazing pastries! I dropped in on a whim after seeing their delicious looking pastries in the window. I had their cinnamon circular pastry and a plain brioche. The cinnamon pastry was filled with yummy gooey honey and cinnamon. And the brioche was rich in butter. The girl behind the counter was sweet, too.
Conveniently located near Nationalmuseet. Highly recommend hitting this place after spending the morning at the museum.

A relatively little quiet location of this ubiquitous Copenhagen bakery. Excellent fresh-​squeezed juice, scrumptious pastries, spacious couches, and free WiFi — everything I needed to camp out and catch up on some work.
The layout is a little awkward — there’s a narrow space near the register where everyone seemed to be bumping into each other — but the window counters are nice for a beverage and some weather-​watching, and the two couches are a nice place for a small group.
Next time, I’ll skip the forgettable bagel stand I hit beforehand, and just come directly to Emmerys with more of an appetite.
