Good food, good service but a bit pricey, as most places in the area are. My group ordered a wide range of dishes and most everyone was satisfied with what they ordered. My truffle pasta was flavorful but not anything amazing and somewhat lacking in the truffle.

Delicious Danish cuisine. How Danish is it? I am not sure, but I had Danish hamburger steak with fried eggs on top and roasted potatoes. Along with it came a very hospitable service. Very cozy place and I latest being cozy with lots of candles with a Danish thing… so very charming!

I enjoyed my mini burgers. And I was certainly plenty full.
4 starts for presentation.
My brother got the ravioli and that was a little weird — more like soup than ravioli.
But all in all I enjoyed my meal, the service was quick, and in comparison to other restaurants in the area the price was reasonable.

straigth up, its just another café.
i were there as part of a group the other day. the food were boring and lukewarm, maybe they should consider not taking in large groups.
besides that it looks and feels like any bog standard provincial café denmark.
i wasnt bad, just boring and mainstream.

There weren’t too many other breakfast options open in the area, so we stopped here. Nice interior with a large table in the middle that had a big group sitting there. The breakfast plate is easily large enough for two people. There were eggs, sausages, bacon, deli meats, cheeses, and salad on the large plate, with a side of bread. Less than our hotel’s breakfast buffet and of better quality. 3.75 stars

I’m not sure my viewpoint on pricing carries much weight in Copenhagen — while Café Katz was relatively expensive (given the USD to Krone transition), it was pretty typical for the prices everywhere else at other cafes. That said, the food was very good. I had the sampler plate and really enjoyed the selection of cheeses, fruit, and salad. Others had different sandwiches and enjoyed them, though they were huge and a bit awkward to eat. We dined outside as they had a number of nice tables set out, but the inside looked comfortable as well.
